Buyers’ Group
In SPACE4Cities, the Buyers’ Group cities – Helsinki, Amsterdam, Ghent, Athens and Guimarães – will go through the PCP process to procure replicable solutions using European satellite data for better and more dynamic management of public spaces.
The Buyers’ Group has the contract with EUSPA via the European Commission and receive direct funding from Horizon Europe research and innovation programme. The Suppliers sign the contract with the Buyers’ Group and are in no direct contact with Horizon Europe, EUSPA or the European Commission.
