Discover the SPACE4Cities Open Market Consultation and Pre-Commercial Procurement

We’ll unveil the themes of the upcoming Pre-Commercial Procurement (PCP) and share insights about the subsequent Call for Tenders, providing a unique opportunity for your organisation to:

  • Develop groundbreaking pilot solutions for urban challenges in sustainable mobility, climate change adaptation, and digital urban planning.
  • Field-test your solutions in real-world settings during 2026.
  • Scale your successful services to other European cities.

Who Can Participate?

The Pre-Commercial Procurement is open to a wide range of organisations located in EU member states or Horizon Europe partner countries, including:

  • Companies of all sizes
  • Startups
  • Research institutes
  • Non-profit organisations and associations

Participating organisations need to commit to developing scalable satellite data-based commercial service through participating to SPACE4Cities, but being a non-profit organisation is not a barrier to entry!

What We Offer:

  • Resources to support your participation
  • Opportunities to collaborate with other organisations
  • Access to valuable data collected from our partner cities

Event Program:

  1. Overview of the SPACE4Cities project
  2. Introduction to the Pre-Commercial Procurement process

  4. In-depth discussions on the project’s challenges and functional requirements
  5. Short presentations from interested companies and research institutes
